Personalizing motivation in fitness is almost as important as the fitness program itself. Just as there is no “one size fits all” workout, the same can be said about motivation. I approach motivation by developing a relationship with the client to better understand the reason behind their fitness goals.


I take great pride in the work that I do, not only as a fitness professional but as a firefighter and husband as well. On top of my 10+ years of competing and training for powerlifting, strongman, and running, it is important to me that I am always furthering my fitness education, not only for myself but for my clients as well.

Well, the Community Training Program is a perfect fit for you! This workout plan is designed to build overall strength and conditioning and can be scaled for any fitness level.

The plan is designed with 2 dedicated strength days, 1 HIIT type conditioning day, and 1 cardio day. For just $10/month, you will have access to the workouts each weeks workouts as they are updated every week. This is a perfect plan for someone who maybe isn’t quite sure what they want out of a fitness program yet, or someone who just doesn’t want to think about what to do when they go the gym. If it’s not for you, it’s free to cancel at any time.
