Skull Crusher Rack Push-Ups

The Skull Crusher Rack Push-Up is a great exercise for the triceps and can be scaled for one’s strength level easily by bringing the feet either closer or further from the bar. The idea is to perform the pressing action of the exercise as close to the motion of a barbell skull crusher as possible. Keep the elbows tucked in when lowering the head towards the bar, let the bar move just over the top of the head, and then flare the elbows out as you press up while contracting the triceps hard as possible at the top. Try this movement as a triceps burnout exercise super-set with a close grip rack push-up!
